Our Story

Built differently, on purpose.

Khoury Connect grew out of a simple observation: the clients we served through our affiliated business brokerage practice almost always had commercial real estate in the picture — and they deserved the same quality of advisory on the real estate side that they were getting on the business side.

Most CRE firms are built around transactions. Ours is built around advisors. Our team includes licensed engineers in electrical, mechanical, and structural disciplines; professionals with backgrounds in economic development, corporate finance, and manufacturing operations; and advisors who have built and sold their own companies. That bench of experience means we can evaluate a property the way a sophisticated owner should — not just the numbers on paper, but the systems, the infrastructure, the zoning, and the strategic fit.

We specialize in industrial, commercial, and land — and we keep our client engagements intentionally select. The relationship matters more to us than the transaction volume. If a deal isn't the right move for you, we'll tell you that first.

Brian oversees day-to-day brokerage operations and NCREC compliance for Khoury Connect.

Tony is a licensed electrical engineer with decades of design experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, and manufacturing facilities. That technical foundation means he evaluates industrial and commercial properties with a precision most brokers simply don't possess — understanding building systems, site access, infrastructure capacity, and permitting from first principles. He also serves as Managing Director of Transworld Business Advisors of Eastern NC, bringing a perspective on business and real estate holdings that is rare in the CIL market.
